Return & Refund Policy

At Floral Flats, we strive to deliver the right product in perfect condition. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product.
• You received the wrong size.
• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unworn.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind.
• If you do not like the product after delivery.
• Color or design preference.
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer (unless we shipped a size different from the one ordered).
• Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if:

• We sent the wrong size.
• We sent the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
